Delivery Timeframes

  • The Courier Guy (door-to-door): 3 to 4 business days.

  • Pep Store Express (Paxi collection): 3 to 4 business days.

  • Pep Store Standard (Paxi collection): 7 to 8 business days.

All timeframes count from the dispatch date, not the order date. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Delivery is free on all orders over R1500. Orders under R1500 are charged the standard courier rate for your chosen delivery option.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option. The final price is shown before you confirm your order — no hidden charges are added after checkout.

Delivery charges are paid directly to our courier partners. Once a delivery has been completed, the shipping fee is non-refundable — refunds on returns cover the product cost only. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Tracking Your Order

Missed Delivery

If delivery is missed, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold your parcel at a nearby collection point.

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect details or missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.

Public Holidays

Orders are not processed or dispatched on South African public holidays.

Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day.
