Delivery Timeframes
The Courier Guy (door-to-door): 3 to 4 business days.
Pep Store Express (Paxi collection): 3 to 4 business days.
Pep Store Standard (Paxi collection): 7 to 8 business days.

Missed Delivery
If delivery is missed, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold your parcel at a nearby collection point.
If your parcel is returned due to incorrect details or missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.
Public Holidays
Orders are not processed or dispatched on South African public holidays.
Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day.
