Who is this for?
Adults with melasma, facial hyperpigmentation, dark spots, or uneven skin tone. People who want a targeted short term treatment for visible pigmentation on the face. Pigmentation associated with sun exposure, hormonal changes, or post inflammatory skin marks. Not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Wash your face with a mild cleanser and allow the skin to dry completely before application. Wait around 10 to 15 minutes, then apply a pea sized amount of Triluma Cream to the affected areas only. Spread a thin layer gently and avoid contact with the eyes, lips, nostrils, and other sensitive areas. Apply Triluma Cream once each evening unless instructed differently by your healthcare professional. A gentle moisturiser may be used about 20 minutes after application if your skin feels dry. Wear SPF 30 or higher sunscreen every morning and reduce unnecessary sun exposure to help maintain treatment results.
How it works
Triluma Cream contains three active ingredients that perform different roles during treatment. Hydroquinone helps reduce the formation of excess melanin. Tretinoin encourages faster skin cell turnover, allowing pigmented skin cells to shed more efficiently. Fluocinolone Acetonide helps calm inflammation and improve treatment tolerance. These ingredients work together to target facial pigmentation through different pathways, making the formula suitable for short term treatment of melasma and other pigmentation concerns.
