  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If we cancel your order after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.

  • We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If a pricing error is found after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing the order. You can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Payment

  • We accept the following payment methods: PayFast, Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and Mobicred.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We do not store your card or banking details. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.

  • If a payment fails or is reversed after an order has been dispatched, we reserve the right to recover the outstanding amount and suspend your account until the matter is resolved.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders through courier services available at checkout. Delivery times and charges vary depending on your location and the option selected.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 3 to 4 business days with The Courier Guy (door-to-door), 3 to 4 business days with Pep Store Express, or 7 to 8 business days with Pep Store Standard.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with seals intact.

  • Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • For damaged or incorrect orders, contact support within 48 hours with your order number and photos. After a short support discussion, we will ship a replacement matching your original order — there is no need to return the damaged or incorrect item.

  • For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, the customer also pays the shipping cost for the replacement to be sent out.

  • Refunds cover the product cost only. Original delivery charges paid at checkout are not refundable because they are paid to our courier partners and the delivery has been completed.

  • Exchange price differences: if the new item is cheaper than the original, the difference is refunded to you; if it is more expensive, the difference must be paid before dispatch.

Acceptable Use

  • You may use our website for personal use only. You agree not to:
